Approval Details

-  $75 Application/18+ adult (Co-signers also subject to fee)

-  $25 Administration Fee (creates Reli Management software account & generates Lease Agreement for e-signatures)

-  Valid ID(s) and Social Security Number(s)

Income & Credit evaluation/approval 

-  Gross income greater than 3x total monthly rent 

-  Approved Credit (minimum SD = to 1m total rent)

        -  FICO greater than 600 

-  Approved with conditions 

        -  FICO score range (599 - 525) 

                  -  Paying SD = to 2x total monthly rent, adding an approved Co-Signer, or paying for the entire lease term up front with certified funds

        -  FICO score less than 524

                  -  Adding an approved Co-Signer or paying for the entire lease term up front with certified funds

Criminal background check

        -  No prior felony convictions and/or any type of assault/violent charges will be accepted

        -  No history of sex offenders

May be asked to provide additional information based on screening results

        -  2 recent pay stubs, bank statements, and/or employment letter to verify employment/income

        -  SSC (verify any fraud alerts)

        -  Previous rental history (prior debt, damages, evictions)
